By booking a session, service, or event through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

As a sole trader, I offer in-person services including:

  • SpinalFlow sessions

  • House and land energy clearings

  • Retreats and women’s gatherings

All services are intended for personal empowerment, energy alignment, and holistic well-being.

2. Booking and Payment

All sessions and events must be booked through the website booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full session fee will be charged.

  • If you do not attend your appointment without notice, this is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. Please ensure you are ready to commit to the session or retreat before booking.

In the case of illness or emergency, bookings may be transferred to another date at my discretion.

5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions or through the booking process will be kept strictly confidential. I hold a safe and sacred space where your privacy is respected at all times.

6. Personal Responsibility

My services are offered as complementary wellness and energy support. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

You are fully responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and outcomes. By booking a session, you agree to take full responsibility for your experience.

7. Suitability

Services are open to clients of all ages unless otherwise specified. Parents or guardians must be present for minors.

8. Energy Work Disclaimer

Results may vary. Energy work is a subtle yet powerful support to your personal healing journey. It is not guaranteed to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

9. Code of Conduct​

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves in a disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe manner.
