Refund Policy

Effective Date: 08/07/2025

This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made for services including SpinalFlow sessions, house and land energy clearings, retreats, and other in-person offerings.

By making a booking through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. 

General Policy

All sales are final. Due to the energetic nature of the work and the time reserved for each client or group, refunds are not offered for change of mind, partial use, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

Each service is a sacred and personalised offering, and I hold space with utmost care and integrity. Your booking confirms your commitment to your own healing and participation in the process.

2. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule an appointment.

• If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or you do not attend your session, the full fee is retained. This compensates for the time and space held for you, which cannot be refilled at short notice.

For multi-day retreats or special events, longer cancellation notice periods may apply—these will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. 

Illness, Emergency, or Unforeseen Circumstances

I understand that life happens. If you experience illness, an emergency, or a genuine unforeseen situation:

• Please contact me as soon as possible.

• Where appropriate, I may offer to reschedule your session once only to a future date, at my discretion.

This does not guarantee a refund but offers flexibility in cases of genuine need.

4. 

Retreats & Group Events

Retreat bookings are often planned well in advance and require significant preparation, booking of venues, catering, and materials. Therefore:

• Retreat deposits are non-refundable.

• If you cancel your attendance more than 14 days before the retreat start date, you may request a credit toward a future retreat or offering (valid for 6 months).

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the retreat is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.

5. 

No Refunds for Outcomes or Personal Experience

Energy healing and holistic work often unfold over time. While I hold space with deep presence and intention, results vary from person to person, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

By booking, you agree that your healing journey is your own responsibility, and refunds will not be issued on the basis of perceived effectiveness or expectation.

6. 

Payment Disputes

In the case of any disputes regarding payments, I ask that you reach out to me directly first to resolve the issue in a fair and respectful manner.

Chargebacks or disputes initiated without prior communication may result in removal from future services.
