In 2016, my body called time.

I had pushed through for so long—running a business, raising children, keeping a household going, mothering, juggling, striving—that I didn’t even realise how far I’d drifted from my own wellbeing. Until I couldn’t ignore it anymore. I experienced a total and complete burnout that left me almost entirely confined to my bed and home for close to a year.

That year broke me open.

At the time, I thought I just needed rest and recovery. But looking back now, I realise I was never truly well to begin with. From birth onwards—through emotional traumas, nervous system stress, overworking, and two significant injuries (a head injury during a wakeboarding accident and a fall that impacted my coccyx)—my body had been holding on. Tightly.

I sought answers. I was referred to cardiologists because of breathlessness, heart palpitations, and symptoms of postural orthostatic tachycardia. I was told I was “fine.” But nothing about me felt fine. I was chronically fatigued, in constant pain, disconnected, and stuck in what I can only describe as muddy, invisible waters.

And then I found Spinal Flow.

After just seven consecutive days of intensive Spinal Flow work, everything changed. The chronic fatigue lifted. The fibromyalgia symptoms disappeared. My heart stopped racing. I could breathe—deeply, freely, for the first time in years. It was as if someone had opened the window to a part of myself I had forgotten existed.

Spinal Flow gave me my life back.

But something else happened too. As I cleared the stagnancy and trauma from my body, I began to feel the energy of spaces more clearly. Homes. Rooms. Land. I realised that healing isn’t only about the body. It’s also about the environment that body lives in.

We walk through spaces that carry memory—residue from those who came before us, emotional imprints in the walls, unresolved energies in the land. And so, as my sensitivity grew, I began to understand the deep link between the body and the land, and how healing one often leads us to the other.

Today, I’m a vibrant, grounded, healthy woman in my early 40s.

But more than that—I’m here to support others on their own healing journey.

I help people reconnect with the innate intelligence of their body, process trauma that the mind has long forgotten but the body remembers, and clear the energetic imprints in the homes and land they live on. This work is sacred. It’s practical. It’s transformative. And it’s deeply personal.

Because I’ve lived it.

And if you’re reading this, maybe you’ve felt it too—that quiet knowing that something deeper is calling you back to balance.

You’re not alone. And healing is possible.
