Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To provide the best possible service and to ensure availability for all our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment/service, failure to attend, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the deposit price. This is to honor the time reserved especially for you. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session may transfer the deposit to a future date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
